When we say are here to help people, help people – we mean it.  Every one of us that manages people or safety (or both) can feel like we are isolated on our own island.  Who do you reach out to when you have to make an important decision?  Typically, it’s someone you trust.  What if that person doesn’t have an answer?

Some of the decisions we make are literally life and death. 

What we are building is a way to improve communication within your company – through private forums or groups.  AND a way to reach out to other like-minded people in the [ESP] community – think of it as a Mastermind group.  You could also think of it as social media for people that don’t like social media (like me.)

This is an opportunity to connect all your field managers into one group and get them on the same page.  It’s also a way to learn from others in your industry – that are far enough away to not be your competitor (we know that’s a thing.)

Like our Training and Compliance products, we are hard at work testing our Community functionality and will be doing beta testing with a small group of users soon.
